What are the Secrets of the Bank Secrecy Law?

There are secrets involved on the Bank Secrecy Law of the Philippines and the government are now looking for it because of the US$81-million heist from the Bangladesh Central Bank -- which was allegedly coursed through the Philippine banking system and laundered in casinos.

According to this infographic, our country is one of the 3 countries in the world that has a Bank Secrecy Law. The other two countries are Switzerland and Lebanon.
