Two faces of Digong..
The highest seat in the government will be vacated this 2016. A local from Davao, Mayor Rodrigo ‘‘Digong’’ Duterte response to this. Claiming he can make a change in our country by pursuing the Federalism. By applying his “Iron Fist” way of handling his town Davao he believes he can make our country be peaceful to live with. One of his “ propaganda” were in 3-6 month he can wipe out criminality and if not you can kill him. Like his own way of handling the criminals in his town. He wants the Congress to push the death penalty and his way must be like hanging in public.
But before this statement he wants to abolish congress his reason were all the “buwayas” or the corruptions were in Congress maybe that is how he want to solve the corruptions. He was against a corrupt but he assures that Bong Revilla will be bail out and get out in prison. He often says ” papatayin ko mga criminal “ claims that he killed not 700 but 1700 proudly in national television. He cursed in public like he was so used to it. Even the Pope is not an exemption of his cursing. But later on wants to go to Rome to personally apologize to the Pope. If we will look back to his public speeches before he declare his candidacy. He strongly denied running and stating reasons that he will never ever had any interest in running. But then again, now he is running. It seems like Duterte always said things that contradict his actions.
His integrity is questionable. Morality speaking he doesn’t care. One of his statement was ‘’ I don’t care if I’ll burn in hell as long as the people I serve will live in paradise.” That is why he is so blunt about womanizing. Then again he said that just judge him by his values not his cursing. He also said when he will become president the first one to cry is GOD. What is he really wants? Even if it is just a matter of conversation things like this is not a joke. But Digong always seem to impress the people by sounding like an amusing candidate. Is he for reel or real? In his interviews he said if will be elected he may not finish his term and will resign. What was that all about? It's like he is just experimenting. Does he had a long term plan for the country or just a short term experience.
It signifies the desperation of the people to our government society. Digong gets the desperate votes by his popularity and his short term solution to an aging social problems and norms of our country. How can we trust a person who always say things and later on turn into something else. Can we entrust the country with him?

My question is, are you from Davao? Then if you're not we don't have anything to discuss. You judge Mayor Duterte based on the things you hear and read, we Davaoenoes know the real Duterte because we see what he does to the people of Davao. Before you fully judge someone make sure you go beyond what the media is saying about that person. If you're really interested talk to Davaoenoes or you could even live in Davao for a month to know. All I can say is.. You simply don't know what you're talking about.
ReplyDeleteIn my 12 years in Davao by God's love and protection, I've never experienced any thing's bad that indanger myself unlike my experienced in other city not to mention, I was hold up twice, the worse was I just came out from our church service!

So do your own home work and do not relay on what you see and hear in the news!
expand your research and don't rely on your limited resources otherwise, the only thing you know are just hypothesis and the message of your letter will be absurd. Do not find the evidence in the persons mouth, go to the scene and ask the witness so you can find evidence, that's Davao City.
