The baby was turned into a pet dog, where the mother of the child put on a rope into his neck so it may look like a dog chain, not only that she also put on the floor a bowl with food the way a dog usually feed.
The more reason why the netizens got angry with this post was the caption made by her own mother saying, "bago ko nga palang aso…lakas ng tama ng anak ko sunod-sunuran naman…dami kong tawa [dito] grabe."
Because of that, a lot of netizen made sure that the post will get viral till it reaches the proper bureau that will help the child and so with the Mother who is obviously has a problem of her own.
Now that the post has reached DSWD, they are going to make sure that the child will be taken into their custody as soon they'll find him. According to Corazón "Dinky" Solíman, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secratary said that they are now currently tracking the whereabouts of the child and his Mother.
Dinky said, "Meron na kaming alam na lugar, kasi kami ay nakikipag-ugnayan sa NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) at PNP (Philippine National Police). Hindi ko po pwedeng sabihin kung saan. Inaaksyunan ho naming ito ngayon."
Well, I hope that they will find the child as soon as possible so that the mother will know her grounds.
